My philosophy and my approach to Real Estate is to put the clients needs first and foremost. I don’t SELL anything, I council people who are interested in buying and selling real estate.

Before entering into the real estate field I owned several businesses, 2 retail stores and a hydroseeding company. I worked on the north slope for 5 years and was in the travel business for 10 years.

My background as an entrepreuner gives me a positive attitude to meet each situation with positive creative energy. I am a real go-getter and don't like to take no for an answer. I understand that buying or selling a home is perhaps the biggest investment in my client’s lives and carries with it an emotional impact, so I know all the details must be handled quickly, sensitively, and efficiently. I meticulously coordinate every phase of the transaction while abiding by a core set of values that guide me through every stage of the process.

I am a thirty-eight year Anchorage resident. I have been married twenty-two years to Mark Rednall, a construction manager on the North Slope. I have two children; my son Louis has a career in professional hockey and athletic fitness training and our daughter, Scarlett, is about to enter college for a music major. My personal life is consumed by ongoing home renovation projects. My husband, Mark, and I love to cook and entertain family and friends.
