Developed for members of the National Association of Realtors and offered through State Realtor Associations, the GRI program includes 90 hours of coursework. The GRI designation is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation.

FSI: Feng Shui Institute of America

I became a Certified Feng Shui Practitioner in 1996 and have taught many classes, lectures and completed hundreds of on-site consultations for homes and businesses. Feng Shui provides guidelines to make our personal experience of our space more comfortable and shows us how to shift the placement of items to better accomplish our goals or just make it look and feel better to live in.

As a professional, I have spent many hours beyond the minimum required by the State of Alaska for Real Estate Education. My ongoing quest for knowledge is an important reason why I can deliver the most informed advice to my clients.

National Association Of Realtors

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors. It is the world’s largest professional association. REALTORS are pledged to a strict code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

Certified Residential Specialist

This is the highest award a sales associate can recieve. Members are specialists in home buying and selling, real estate technology, and the ability to maximize client profits and minimize costs. Certified CRS instructors travel to Alaska a few times each year and I schedule time to
attend these very valuable classes. (Only 9% of Realtors nation wide hold this
designation). The CRS designation recognizes professional accomplishments
in both experience and education. The Realtors with this particular
designation stand out.

Accredited Buyer's Representative

This is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted
designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC),
an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, to real estate practitioners
who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
